Make a Noise

Exploring Fashion, Music Making, Digital Arts & Film and Street Dance, the Make a Noise week was launched to provide young people with a chance to create and showcase their talents. This was created in response to the common interest amongst young people passing through the library, where In-Situ was based at the time, to develop creative activities. Make a noise went on to have a second iteration, connected to Colne Blues Festival.
