Our Board

In-Situ has a Board of volunteers made up of artists, creative and business professionals and people who live and work in Pendle. The board also includes one representative from the team. Our Board support the team at a distance, sharing knowledge and interests and with mentoring and advice where needed. They also play a part in co-shaping the policy, practice and collective vision of In-Situ and our flat organisational structure, which we explore together at two annual staff and board days.
