Pendle

Artists Daisy James and Hannah Kay, aka Lunchtime Practice, carried out an archaeology commission called 'Beyond the Dig’ with In-Situ and Pendle Hill Landscape Partnership. Their project explored "What is Archaeology in 2019?” and provided hands-on experiences for children and young people to learn about archaeology. Lunchtime Practice designed educational and reflective activity packs that responded to and documented their shared learning with participants in the dig.
