This is a beaufifully shot film, a first from Saudi Arabian Female Diretcor. This month In-Situ have hosted work from Karachi based artist Madiha Adijaz showing films at Nelson library exploring the lost of language and the value of libraries. This film links into this theme.
From An enterprising Saudi girl signs on for her school’s Koran recitation competition as a way to raise the remaining funds she needs in order to buy the green bicycle that has captured her interest.
